Miguel Florit

Miguel created Florit Legal in 2018 having co-founded Florit Brooke in 2007. He has over 20 years experience in in-house legal recruitment and worked with two leading legal recruitment companies in the UK before developing his own business.

Before working in legal recruitment Miguel was a practising solicitor – initially in the City with Berwin Leighton Paisner and then Addleshaw Goddard in Leeds.

Miguel has recruited lawyers at all levels into both practice and industry has been focused entirely on in-house legal recruitment since 2000. He recruits legal professionals into in-house legal departments throughout the UK across a range of industry sectors, and at all levels up to General Counsel.

Outside work, Miguel’s prized possessions are his rowing machine, running shoes and iPod. He enjoys the outdoors, keeping fit, travel, the stockmarket (sometimes!) and is an occasional ‘fair weather’ scuba diver.
