Polypipe Expands its Legal and Company Secretarial Function

Polypipe has exclusively retained Florit Legal to recruit an additional lawyer

Yorkshire-based Polypipe Group plc is expanding its legal and company secretarial function in Doncaster by hiring an additional lawyer.

Based in Doncaster, the role reports to the Group’s Legal Counsel and Company Secretary and will appeal to individuals with a range of different experiences and backgrounds. These include commercial contracts, corporate finance, M&A, company secretarial or commercial litigation.

The ideal candidate will have had a well-supervised legal training from a respected commercial law firm or a busy in-house legal department, and be committed to a change of direction as an in-house lawyer with additional learning and development opportunities in the company secretarial sphere. Polypipe offers good long-term career development potential. 

Responsibilities will cover a number of legal, commercial and corporate governance matters in what is a rapidly growing and fast-moving organisation.
